ABOUT US

York Land Services LLC of Berlin, New Hampshire is a Family Business originated by the current owner, Arthur York, in 1973. Burke, his son, and future owner plans to continue serving the northern New England Region with a full range of commercial and residential services such as surveying, mapping, land planning, forestry, ecological, photogrammetric, construction layout, and septic system design services.

Whether it’s a small city lot or a 25,000 acre wilderness lot, York Land Services, LLC provides timely, efficient, and high quality production with an experienced staff using state of the art equipment and techniques in both field and office operations.  Data is gathered in the field utilizing Topcon dual frequency GPS with Glonass and RTK (multiple units), Ashtech single frequency GPS, Trimble sub-meter GPS equipment, Leica remote control robotic total stations with reflectorless capability and electronic data collectors.  In remote areas, efficiency is improved with four-wheel drive vehicles, snow machines, and ATV's. PC based workstations utilize AutoCAD, Softdesk, Carlson, Ashtech, Trimble and Topcon surveying, mapping, and GPS software. Our personnel work flexible hours and can be at a site on demand.  They work well with others as well as independently.

 

York Land Services LLC has been using digital mapping technology since 1986. Our staff has an extensive history of experience with AutoCAD, Carlson Software, and digital data.  With professional partnerships with multiple Professional Engineering Firms and Soil Scientists, we have been serving Northern New England for over 40 years.
